I would suppect he step on something (sliver of wood or something) which is=
why it started with a swollen foot.=C2=A0 Now the infection is running ram=
pant.=C2=A0

He may need IV antibiotics and someone should look at his foot to see if th=
ere is an infection source there which can be removed.
