Very likely an enlarged prostate due to the adrenal disease. Both times that I've dealt with the exact same symptoms in the last few months, with our boys Morphy and Pop, a Deslorelin implant has cleared it up within a couple of weeks. We did not need any other meds in either case. The vet confirmed an enlarged prostate in each case before giving the implant. This is not something you want to delay at all. If his prostate totally blocks and he cannot urinate then it will be a matter of only hours before he dies. Keep a close eye on him to make sure he continues to urinate regularly.
