When I had a similar situation, I doled ou her food by 1/4 C at a time
took her swimming a couple times a day. She also got a deslorelin
implant for adrenal. She go down to reasonable weight in about two
months. She could also then make it up the 2" step into the kitchen.
Now if some one would do the same for me!
