Great pain is possible, but alternatively
so is a screaming seizure. There is no
way to know from the description which
occurred.

EITHER ONE IS AN EMERGENCY
REQUIRING IMMEDIATE VETERINARY
CARE.

Screaming seizures happen because
sometimes with a seizure the individual
has air forced from the lungs, resulting
in screaming, even though the brain is
having too much of its own personal
electrical storm for what is going on to
register for the individual.

There is info on such insulinoma crises
here:

http://www.miamiferret.org/insulinoma.htm

There is no replacement for knowledgeable
veterinary care.
