Subject: [ferrethealth] Ferret emergency!!

My ferret Buster just started choking really bad, just coughing up pink foam and pawing at his mouth. Now he is just quiet and lethargic, but also seems to have no use of his back end. What is going on?? I checked his mouth and throat and don't see anything in there and he is not one to put anything in his mouth unless it is his kibble. He is 6 years old and otherwise very healthy. He has had diarrhea for a couple of days but otherwise active and eating good. Let me know ASAP!!
