Do you have A/C in your home? I keep the temperature at 65F year round. Ferrets do not tolerate heat very well and can die if its over 80P. Some are more sensitive than others.

You can spritz her with water to cool her down but lowering the ambiant air temperature is the best way to keep them comfortable and avoid hyperthermia.
