Hiya thanks for that, I have had bother looking up the archives but ive had a good look, looked at the link as well. It looks like no matter what treatment I deside on next she will be on medication for life. I'm going to double cheak with the vets what they mean when they say "implant" since there are a few and they have not been specifying what one they mean. I think we are leaning towrds getting the the implant.
