Any 'ferret' shampoo should work since any kind of soap will break down the chitin (exoskeleton) in fleas. Baby shampoo is made to get rid of cradle cap in human babies and actually is too harsh for ferrets' skin.
However, I would see your vet about getting Revolution or Ivermectin to kill the fleas over several weeks since a few may have hopped off onto carpeting, etc. and may be lurking about ready to hitch another ride on an unsuspecting fuzzkid.
