Subject: [ferrethealth] Tufts lymphoma treatment

My vet got local prices on the chemo drugs used in this protocal and he can only purchase full bottles which are far too expensive to treat 1 or 2 ferrets.
If you are a vet that used this treatment, or if you are a client whose vet has treated your ferret with this protocal, please ask if they were able to purchase smaller amounts of the needed drugs and if so if they would be willing to work with our vet on getting the needed drugs.
Currently we have one ferret that we are considering to go through this treatment, but cannot afford $5000 for one bottle of one of the drugs needed.
