How did her femur get broken? That is a
very strange injury for a ferret. Does she
perhaps have poorly ossified bones? If so,
handling that might be safe for another
ferret might be unsafe for her, but there
is the Catch-22 that she bites which would
lead to more strict handling...

Sorry, but I did not find Tramadol in my
reference texts, TLE.
