Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Tramadol dose for pain control for Sophie?
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

Awhile ago I posted asking for information about the drug Ketafin which my vet was prescribing for a ferret having arthritis issues from a broken back sustained as a kit. This drug has been a miracle drug for him, given once a day in liquid form in his soup. He is dancing and dooking again. Some side effects have to be monitored for such as stomach irritation but for mild pain I would definitely try this drug again.
