You might consider a good high quality probiotic which is also good for the immune system. You can use enzymes as well. The gut lining holds a large percentage of the immune system cells so if it isn't healthy then other things develop. Also diet, some have issues related to grains so using a grain free food is a must. Ferret diets are usu high in meat but some have rice or other grains, try eliminating these too. Once you move torward a healty gut things often resolve themselves. Hope that helps a bit.
