Okay, the final choice is that we are going to
try the flutamide first to be sure there is nothing
obstructing the urine before increasing bladder
tone.
So, first a trial of that as he continues his
antibiotics to try to completely kill off the
infection.
If there is nothing obstructing the urine but
this is not sufficient then improving Hilbert's
bladder tone becomes the next thing to try.
And, yes, he is named for the mathematician,
and was even toasted one year at a major
Scottish university which has an unusual
mathematics related toast each year as part
of a celebration.
