We've been having really good results putting Tresaderm (which is a mix of
neomycin antibiotic), thiobendazole, and dexamethazone - steriodal
anti-inflammatories - and then benadryl cream.
That blend daily for a week or so seems to dramatically calm them down and
certainly eases the itching.
