I entirely agree with Sukie. That glucose level is at a level below
what is normally considered a minimum necessary for survival and which
can definitely do long term harm. The one time I had a ferret (Ker
Avon) who had a blood glucose level in the teens the vet took
immediate emergency action to bring his glucose up. If I remember
right (and it has been many years) IV dextrose was used. We went for
surgery ASAP as a life and death issue. This was with a vet who was
very conservative about insulinoma surgeries and preferred to treat
medically.

I also agree with Sukie that you need to learn about this disease as
soon as possible and get your ferret to a very experienced and
knowledgeable ferret vet ASAP. The first task will be to stabilize
the blood glucose level and to get your little one strong enough to be
able to tolerate the surgery that will almost certainly be needed in
this case.

The usual disclaimer applies: I am not a vet, nor do I play one on
TV. I am a moderately experienced ferret owner who has dealt with
insulinoma. Do NOT take my word for anything but rather get to a vet
who knows ferrets.

Good luck!
