Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: importation of Suprelorin to the U.S.
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

It *appears* that there are not any FDA forms per say
for the vets to fill out for importation, but it IS
important to use the template of the accompanying
letter which Peptech sends to those who plan to
order.

Important Note: That letter can change over time
if the numerical codes of countries/areas permitting
this product change, so if a hospital already has its own
template worked up for use with hospital letterhead
stationary DO check the details each time including
those numerical codes.

Here is a list of current useful references to attach.
Note that the ones done in the U.S. are put first. That
is because I know that for a medical use of my own
(sublingual immune therapy) the FDA weighs studies
done in the U.S. more highly so in case that also may
happen with veterinary products I placed them first.
There may be further studies over time to add so watch
in

Notice that it helps for acceptance of the import to have the accompanying =
letter include references.

yet go to the separate archives and search by the original subject line pu=
t within quotes, leaving the other boxes empty, or search by terms if you p=

I really hope that there winds up being a U.S. distributor in the next year=
or three.
