That's not the depot form though. The current patents on Lupron Depot all are related to the sustained release mechanisms -- either the use of microspheres/microcapsules or the manufacturing processes behind it.

Patent 6036976 expires Dec 2016; 5716640 and 5575987 expire Sep 2013; 5631020 expires May 2014

Re ordering medications from "Canadian" pharmacies: they aren't Canadian. And you can receive anything from a well-made equivalent drug to something made by a kid with a chemistry set or even worse.

I have very little respect for the politics of the FDA and even less for some of the practices of the pharmaceutical industry. But be very careful about those "Canadian" internet pharmacies. Most are not what they would like you to believe.
