I would have a good ferret vet check both the ears and mouth and give her an over all exam, including a blood glucose test, if not a full blood panel. She could be infested with ear mites and could also have some other mouth problems besides the yellow teeth, such as gingivitis. A dose of Revolution will kill the ear mites, and then you can give the ears another good cleaning, but first have them checked to make sure that you don't aggravate an infection or worse that may be inside. She may be deaf, either from birth or from an untreated ear infection, but get her healed and cleaned up first, then test her hearing again.
