For those of you with ferrets treated with deslorelin implants it is important to remember that several papers published all say that on on recurrence of symptoms (after the implant effective time has expired) then the disease reasserts itself very quickly and the incidence of tumour growth (whether previously seen of not) seems to be much greater and progresses rapidly.
Please remember that it is important to reimplant your ferrets at the first signs of symptoms reappearing.
