It can also be both insulinoma and lymphoma. When Lady Ayeka was six
she had insulinoma and adrenal surgery (both at once) and our vet also
saw enlarged lymph nodes. He did a biopsy and the pathology came back
as lymphosarcoma.

Your vet may be able to do a needle aspirate of one of the enlarged
lymph nodes to determine in lymphoma is involved.
