While some people suggest that the melatonin implant is more effective, in my experience the oral melatonin is extremely effective. However, it must be given daily, 7-9 hours after sunrise. It does not work well unless this schedule is strictly adhered to, which is prohibitive for many people to be able to maintain.
As you will find in the archives, melatonin (oral or implant) is most effective in combination with Lupron Depot or Deslorelin.
