You sure do have a puzzler there.

For food you want to get the highest protein and fat and make sure the firs=
t three ingredients in the food is not any type of grain or grain filler.

I can only guess that the eating and the loose stools are related some how.=
=C2=A0 It is true if he has loose stools he wont get as much nutrition from=
the food.
=C2=A0
I've only had loose stools from stress illness related or we did have one f=
erret who had cystic liver disease (found that after he passed away).
=C2=A0
If the vet has no ideas maybe you could try changing his food (to another h=
igh protein food).=C2=A0 Maybe a food allergy???

I'm no expert just trying to brainstorm
