Hi Dr. Sue and others who are helping me,
My vet said that the oral cyclophosphamide is very cheap. I do know that th=
ere is another agent used with it but she said she would look into trying i=
t with pred.
Are you familiar with cost of the other agent used? Again she told me the =
cyclo was roughly 10 dollars a month.
The pred has made him double in size...now being 4.05lbs. He is showing we=
akness in his hind end due to the weight gain. I am looking to reducing th=
e pred and using the cyclo to control the cancer...
What do you think? He is 7 yrs old. One important factor in whether to go=
through this is to find out if the meds will make him sick during treatmen=
t...if so I won't put him through it.
