Just a note:
The two general sources of info were included to help the poster
because this ferret who may well have adrenal disease and might have
something else, too, such as an enlarged spleen, insulinoma, heart
disease, an adrenal disease complication, etc. was taken in by two
people who have never had ferrets before so even the health basics,
and housing and care basics are not known by them YET.
Hopefully, they will check out the lists of ferret veterinarians, get
prompt care, and post with an update.
