Subject: [ferrethealth] ferret coughing up fresh blood

Damien a 3 1/2 yrs old male started last night with a mucous bloody cough. the xrays shows fluid in right lung, cbc is ok, glucose is ok.Vet is not sure whats going on with Damien but I am bring him home today on antibiotic to cover him if it's pneumonia. does anyone have any input on Damien for I have 6 other rescued ferrets and don't want them to become ill.
