the pharmacist told me that it does not need to be refrigerated. The expiration date should be listed on the bottle.

[If it is compounded it might need to be refrigerated
depending on what it is compounded with. Some of
those ingredients need refrigeration while others
should never be gotten cold so in that case ask the
compounding pharmacy which made it. If it is the standard
liquid prep then that is kept at room temp protected
from light.
