Yes, I use pepcid ac tablets dissolved in water. One 10-mg tablet dissolve=
d in 4.0 ml of water. Give 0.25 =E2=80=93 0.4 ml as needed, depending on t=
he ferret=E2=80=99s size, being sure to stir right before using, as the dis=
solved tablet settles. Store in the fridge.=20

If your ferret is not eating and drinking and not defecating, then there ma=
y be a blockage. Ferrets get dehydrated VERY fast as well. Vomiting is NO=
T a normal thing for ferrets, so there may be something serious going on if=
the vomiting is anything more than an isolated incident. If the pepcid do=
es not help fairly quickly, I=E2=80=99d get him to a ferret vet first thing=
Friday.
