It really sounds as if your kiddo has renal issues... that alone can
cause mouth ulcers...
sending best wishes for a speedy recovery...
you might query the vet if the panacur treatment could have
aggravated this condition.
teeth grinding is a PAIN indicator.... he may have a kidney infection
causing him great pain...
