I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for your advise and help! Im very sorry if I haven't responded directly to every email as it has been a busy holiday for us. I got Vinny some better food that he is not sure of but is slowly taking to it. He is also starting to feel much better. He has started to play with me when I let him out of his cage for a good romp and has already told the house cat who is the boss.
I will have to add that I was very surprised at the lack of knowledge that the sales person at Petsmart had.... she told me that Ferrets were Omnivores! Not sure if I spelled that right... I didn't correct her. Anyway, thanks so much and I will keep everyone posted on Vinny. I will post a couple pics later when he puts on a few pounds. Theana
