Just a suggestion
=C2=A0
Why don't you try to feed Cubby like he has megaE.=C2=A0 Get some food/duk =
soup in a syringe, hold Cubby lower than the syringe so he has to have his =
mouth tilted up (to let gravity help the food to the stomach).=C2=A0 Slowly=
feed him this way.=C2=A0 If it isn't megaE then he will probably have the =
same symptoms but if he does he he'll have an easier time eating.=C2=A0 I'm=
sure it wont be that black and white but maybe you will see a difference?=
=C2=A0 I don't think trying this out a few times will hurt one way or the o=
ther.=C2=A0 You still have to be careful of aspiration but its may be worth=
a try.

I agree with my colleague and suspect that this is megaesophagus. I'd try t=
reating for it, despite the negative barium studies, based on the clinical =
signs.
I've seen a number of "it's not megaE" cases as a second or third opinion t=
hat really were megaE.
