You are using a quote from Dr Wagner's paper about the
3 mg deslorelin implant.
Fortunately the 4.7 and the 9.4 mg implants do not have the
same side effect of a high rate of adrenal carcinomas after the implant
wears out.
BTW the company no longer makes the 3 mg implant.
