Hi,
My first thought would be the effects of the anesthesia not having
fully worn off when she was eating.
My second would be infection; unless that suregonis VERY confident and thorough, a ferret would usually get sent home from such surgery with a round of antibiotics for safe measure.
not a Vet just my 2 cents worth.
[From the meds given the vets
are also considering the possibility
of an ulcer.
