what dosage (and strength) of prednisolone has she been on? maybe it isn't high enough? how long has she been on the med?
if the pred wasn't working, was diazoxide used??
what's her diet consist of?
grain free kibble and supplemental feedings with homemade all-meat gravy and/or canned meat product like evo, before grain or evanger help to keep the bg levels steady.
hopefully she'll be steady enough to come home as being at home will be the best thing for her recovery from surgery!
