I've had ferrets with insulinoma and adrenal gland but he is showing no signs...I.e. The hair falling off, the pink feet, the woozy state. And he is showing no sign of pain. Is there a test I can ask for specifically?

If the issue is intestinal he could have intestinal lymphoma which is a painful cancer, but treatable with pediapred or prednisolone oral suspension, and if it is indeed just the urinary issue he needs lupron, melatonin to shrink the urethral swelling before he has renal failure form urine backwash.
