insulinoma is specifically pancreatic cancer and presents differently than adrenal cancer, what you describe could possibly be intestinal lymphoma.. we have seen this in dozens of ferrets.

>If the issue is intestinal he could have intestinal lymphoma which is a painful cancer, but treatable with pediapred or prednisolone oral suspension, and if it is indeed just the urinary issue he needs lupron, melatonin to shrink the urethral swelling before he has renal failure form urine backwash.
