As the moderator mentioned, how long ago was his glucose tested?=A0 I know =
that red pads can indicate other things, but my female, who was also insuli=
nomic (had surgery), then later on turned diabetic, also had the really bri=
ght red pads.=A0 She also was not eating on her own and had lost weight.=A0=
Diabetes presents the same as insulinoma.=A0 I did get a glucose monitor f=
or at home use when Diti became diabetic, and I cannot stress how useful th=
is was.=A0 I would at least get his BG checked, but the moaning and breathi=
ng issue is not good so I would get him to the vets asap... I would also th=
ink it indicates some sort of pain... and ask about pain meds.
