Prednisolone dosing for lymphoma is different than for insulinoma in that you want the entire dose to be given at one time, once a day, rather than broken up into multiple doses throughout the day. You should give 2 mg once daily with food and I'd consider some carafate or pepcid to protect her stomach.
Watch her for diabetes, with her sugar being over 200, also.
