Hi,

Our vet recommended using a toothbrush for young children. She went
so far as to suggest something like a "Little Mermaid" toothbrush,
which is what Chin Soon has. Right now we use Triple Pet all natural
pet toothpaste. The how to is pretty such scruff, open, brush. My
ferrets don't like this one little bit but it really is important.
Those who use soft foods (i.e.: chicken gravy or duck soup) will want
to be particularly diligent about regular brushing as soft food can
take a toll on teeth and gums in the long run.

All the best,
Caity and the dynamic duo
Chin Soon and Zephyr
