I don't have time right now to also look up catheterization in male ferrets. Could someone else, please, do that? I think that some of the links near the bottom might have info on that.

I did look up a number of related terms, though, which should help a lot for now and maybe for later.


The study mentioned was in the past, though, and I don't know if it
got continued funding:

Dutton MA. Treatment of cystine bladder urolith in a ferret. Exotic Pet Pract 1:7, 1996.
deals with an entirely different type of urolith (which raises
pH) but has some useful general info such as aiming for
a pH of about 6 with ferrets.
