Were the pancreatic tumors and adrenal gland sent out for pathological analysis?
Sometimes owners don't want to incur the extra costs but those results are invaluable. My vet has been surprized more than once with what came back. For example, two separate cases of adrenal glands that looked perfectly normal, not enlarged - one came back as adrenal carcinoma and the other came back as adenoma.
