Dr. Murray,
If it turns out that longterm use of pred is causing adrenal symptoms (i.e. Cushing's) then what is the treatment for it? Stopping the pred?? And then how would you medically manage the insulinoma?
This is very troubling for those of us who have insulinomic ferrets that have been receiving pred longterm.
