BTW, if the origin stuff is confusing, remember that in the early embryo there are not organs or features. First there are only a few cells, the stem cells which can become anything, then crests develop. Crests contain more specific cells which no longer can become any tissues but can become a range of tissues. (More information on one example is found in past discussions of the range of medical problems which can happen with neural crest genetic variations.) As time goes on and more development ensues tissue cells become more and more specific.
So, while it may seem that diverse tissues are being discussed in the linked-to article when she writes
> Sarcoma cancers derive from connective or supportive tissues. Carcinoma cancers derive from epithelial cells and can be of glandular origin.
certain tissues share embryonic origin tissues and therefore have similar types of malignancies, so in that situation you can read about ones with similar features and names.
