Other than the prepuce being swollen and inflamed the growth was on the upturned portion of the baculum itself. During the call after today's surgery I asked it it could have been caused by any kind of foreign matter entering the prepuce or as a result of any trauma but he said there were not any signs of anything like that at all. Other than the inflammation due to irritation of this growth rubbing the prepuce when he would extend to urinate things appeared normal.
