Yes, the vet told me to put unflavored Pedialyte in my soup mix to help with dehydration :( I'll skip that from now on.
Based on Jeff's reply and a couple others offline I am going to get him tested for insulinoma early next week. This stomach "bug" seems to be a separate issue, which I believe is going away or mostly gone, but it probably worsened the insulinoma, if that is indeed what he has.
I appreciate the replies.
