I=E2=80=99ve generally seen results pretty quickly from the Deslorelin i=
mplants. For instance, two boys that both had enlarged prostates were back=
to normal within a week, with no other meds given

Some things to consider:
* Was it implanted properly
* Was there any chance it was an expired implant (they do have dates, just =
like other meds)
* It=E2=80=99s possible that he has more advanced adrenal disease than you =
realize, possibly a carcinoma or very large adrenal tumor, which, at this p=
oint in time, would make any med less effective. If affordable, you might =
want to consider an ultrasound to tell you more about his tumors.=20
* Add a ferratonin implant, which I=E2=80=99ve used with both Lupron and De=
slorelin in the past.
