The generic name is Anastrozole(an as' troe zole), and here is

This is a serious drug and hopefully she will not need it, in which case we just will be out the money -- which is still worth paying in case we need to jump fast. Having an option beyond her current meds which may help her is good.

Safety work was done in dogs and while side effects were common they tended to not be from toxic aspects but be things like the side-effects of sudden estrogen depletion (and estrogen depletion is what is needed if it is high and causing marrow woes):
