[For a swollen vulva the usual cause is
adrenal disease that needs to be tackled itself.
At times there are other causes but they also
tend to be serious and need veterinary care,
even sometimes surgery.
So, no, for a swollen vulva vet care is needed
and even updating vet care is needed as a
tumor changes or if a more serious tumor
type is present.
