Reglan (Metoclopramide) also comes in an oral suspension here in the US. I also treat my renal failure cases with it (as needed) and it does ease the nausea very well when it becomes severe. Reglan shouldn't be used in most cases of heart failure though, so you definitely want to discuss this with your vet.
I also use Sucralfate regularly along with twice weekly sub-q fluids to keep the kidneys flushed out.
