It's hard to make a good educated guess without seeing Bruno and hearing the sound that you are describing. One possibility is that he has fur that gets in his throat and then works its way down to his digestive tract. That could explain the sound he's making, and also the upset stomach that may be causing the bad poops. There may be a hair wad in his digestive tract somewhere, which can cause very strange poops that are either diarrhea, granular, or foamy with mucous.

You might want to try 3 days of ferretlax to see if that cleans him out and helps the symptoms. Follow the directions on the tube for how much and how often to give it, but sometimes it takes up to 3 days to move out a partial blockage that may be present. There may be an overload of bacteria in the digestive tract as a result, so the antibiotic is probably a good idea. I've used amoxicillin most times for bacteria problems in the digestive tract. As the moderator said, Clavamox may not be the best antibiotic for this situation. And also, it's usually a good idea to supplement some probiotics when using an antibiotic, to replace the 'good' bacteria that is needed, but that the antibiotic will also kill.
