His lethargy could be due to any number of things. What kind of lump was it? Was it under the skin, like an internal mass, or on the surface?

The first thing that came to my mind was insulinoma -- I would have the vet check his glucose level (have it checked about 4 hours after you feed him to get a clear result)

If the vet diagnosed a blockage, perhaps it is still there? 

Sure hope you find an answer soon! So sorry your baby is sick.

[The really point that Susan makes is that this ferret really does need to go back to the vet. Young ferrets can go downhill very quickly and your little one's life is at risk. Roxy, I know you have spent a lot on vet care already. Ferrets are expensive pets and there simply is no substitute for good vet care. The list can provide ideas you can bring back to discuss with your vet but nobody can treat the little one online. If you are not confident that your present vet can find the problem then you need to try another. --Moderator (CMM)]
